PT Options
1-1 Training
The most popular and common method of training where we work on a one-to-one basis.
Online Training
If you are looking to connect from your home gym or a private facility, then this could be the option for you. We will meet online to take you through your session.
2-1 Training
Do you have a friend who you would like to train with? A great way to motivate you in and outside of the sessions.
Program Design
If you have a home gym or a gym membership and need that guidance, this is the option for you. All you need to decide is how many programs you need and when you'd like to check in.
One-off PT Session
This is a great option to test to see if PT is for you, a check-in for technique analysis or just that bit of a push when working towards a specific goal.
