Why Back to Basics Boot Camp?

I set Back to Basics Boot Camp up to teach people good technique and give people the skills and knowledge to develop physiologically.  The groups start with the Beginners sessions, learning the basics and functional movement patterns.


Once the basics have been learnt, people then move on to the Intermediate class.


This class gives people the opportunity to develop the basic skills and improve their fitness with the higher intensity classes.

How Much

The sessions cost just £5 per person, per session.  I frequently advertise monthly and block offers that are great value for money.
